INGREDIENTS

 3 cups Plain Yogurt
 1 Cucumber, peeled. grated, and drained
 1 tbsp OPA! Salad Blend
 4 tbsp Olive Oil
 4 tsp Lemon juice
 1 ½ Garlic minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
 Slices of Pita Bread

DIRECTIONS

Pour yogurt into a bowl and add cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and OPA! Salad Blend. Make sure cucumber is drained o juice by squeezing in hands.

Cover and chill for at least one hour and serve with pita. It also can be used as salad dressing, vegetable dip, or sandwich spread.
