INGREDIENTS

 2 ½ cups warm water (110°F)
 2 tbsp active dry yeast
 1 tsp molasses
 2 tbsp olive oil
 7 ½ cups bread flour
 1 kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
 1 medium yellow bell pepper, chopped
 3 tbsp OPA! Chicken and Seafood Blend
 1 tbsp sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS

Place molasses, water, and yeast in a mixing bowl. Stir until combined. Let sit until the mixture is creamy and foamy.

Add in OPA! and olive oil. Mix well. Then add flour in a cup at a time, until dough is too stiff to stir. Then add in olives and peppers.

Turn dough out onto a lightly floured board. Knead the dough, add flour to the dough if it becomes too sticky. Knead until smooth and elastic. Place dough into a well-oiled bowl. Turn dough over to completely coat dough in oil. Cover and let sit for about an hour or until the dough has doubled in size.

Once risen, gently punch the dough down. Split the dough into 2 pieces and form 2 round loaves. If desired, spray with cold water and sprinkle on sesame seeds.

Let dough rise for another 25-30 minutes, then bake at 400° for about 45 minutes or until browned. Bread is cooked when they sound hollow when you tap on them.
