OPA! Foods | The Mediterranean Diet

 1 lb Cod (cut into square filets)
 2 Eggs
 ½ cup Milk
 ½ cup Parmesan Crisps or Chips (crushed)
 OPA! Chicken & Seafood Blend

Preheat oven to 450F degrees

Create a milk wash in a glass pie plate by mixing the eggs and milk together

Place the crushed parmesan crisps in another plate and add a liberal amount of OPA!.Chicken & Seafood Blend - Mix well

Take a cod filet and dunk it into the milk wash covering all sides

Then place it into the crushed parmesan mix covering all sides

Place breaded cod filet into a greased glass casserole dish

Once complete, place dish in the oven for 12 – 15 minutes
