A very easy way to grill a succulent rack of ribs in less than one hour!
Preheat your grill on low heat
First step is prepping the ribs before seasoning. There is a membrane on the underside of the ribs that needs to be removed. Use a dinner knife to pick at the membrane, and once peeled a bit grab it with a paper towel. It's pretty slippery and the paper towel gives you a great grip
Once removed, pat the ribs dry on both sides with a paper towel.
Sprinkle white pepper and then OPA! Meat blend on both sides of the ribs.
Place on grill rib bone side down for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes, flip the ribs on the meat side down for 15 more minutes
Once complete, wrap in foil and allow it to rest for 15-30 minutes.
Slice up and enjoy - OPA!
