Greek Style Meatball
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ lbs Ground meat
1 Egg
½ cup Bread crumbs or use Almond flour for lower carbs
½ Onion, chopped
OPA! Vegetable Seasoning
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°

Thoroughly mix meat, egg, bread crumbs, and onion.

Liberally sprinkle in OPA! into the mixture.

Form meatballs and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Cook for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
