Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
Place cubes in a large bowl and sprinkle with seasonings, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix well. Cover the marinating meat and place in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight, turning the cubes from time to time.
Thread the skewers with meat and vegetables. Arrange in different patterns. Brush the assembled kebabs with olive oil and a sprinkle of more seasoning.
Grill for 15 minutes or to your taste. OPA!
