Seafood Dish

 4 Fillets of Red Snapper Tilapia
 1 Chopped Onion
 1 Can of Stewed Tomatoes
 3 Stalks of Celery- chopped
 1 Bunch of Parsley- chopped
 2 Lemons- sliced
 1 Clove of Garlic
 3 tbsp OPA! Seafood and Chicken blend
 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 325°

Simmer onions in olive oil.

Add tomatoes, parsley, celery, garlic, and OPA! Allow that to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Pour mixture over the fish.

Add lemon slices.

Then bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. OPA!
