 1 14 pound turkey, with giblets removed
 Olive Oil
 OPA! Chicken & Seafood blend

Sprinkle a liberal amount of OPA! Chicken & Seafood blend inside the cavity opening of the turkey

Generously pour olive oil all over the turkey, making sure it is completely covered in olive oil.

Sprinkle a solid coating of OPA! Chicken and Seafood blend all over the oiled turkey

Refrigerate overnight

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and remove the turkey from the refrigerator. Allow to come to room temperature.

Bake for 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees

Once complete, remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes before carving.
