No-Knead Bread
Yields1 Serving
 1 ¼ tsp Active Yeast
 1 ½ cups Lukewarm water
 3 cups Flour
 ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 2 tbsp OPA! Chicken & Seafood Blend

Stir yeast into lukewarm water, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes until frothy

In a separate bowl add flour, oil, and OPA!

Mix water slowly into flour mixture — you may not need all of the water — until ingredients are incorporated and dough is sticky

Place dough in a covered container and let sit for 18 hours or overnight

ALTERNATIVELY — Save time by proofing the dough in your Instant Pot. Place dough on greased parchment paper. Close lid, set setting to yogurt, and set timer for four hours.

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place dutch oven in oven as it is heating.

Ball up the dough and place on floured parchment paper. Sprinkle with flour and OPA! Chicken. & Seafood Blend. Slash two or three times with knife.

Bake covered for 30 minutes

Remove lid and cook an additional 10 minutes until crust is crispy

Serve warm bread with olive oil sprinkled with OPA! Chicken & Seafood Blend
