Dice onion and place into the saucepan with olive oil, garlic, and OPA!
Sauté until soft and lightly browned.
Open tomato cans and drain liquid. Then pour tomatoes into the pan. Reduce to medium heat.
Once mixture begins to boil, crumble in the feta. Mix thoroughly.
Remove from heat once feta has softened. Enjoy over seafood or pasta. OPA!
